I emailed them about my order and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. They answered my question in the end, so it wasn’t a total fail or anything, just a bit slow for my liking

So... it fit pretty much like the listing said. It was just a tiny bit snug, but overall the sizing was about right

I’m usually understanding when mistakes happen, but this order was frustrating. What showed up wasn’t what I selected on the site, the frame color was different, and one of the items was missing altogether. I reached out to support, and while I don’t expect everything to be fixed instantly, it took a while to get a clear answer and I had to keep following up. I just think it’s fair to expect the items you ordered to arrive correctly the first time, or at least get a straightforward fix when they don’t.

My glasses showed up way faster than I expected, just a few days after ordering. The box was in good shape too, so no complaints there. I was happy overall, but the communication around shipping was kind of unclear and a little annoying. I wasn’t totally sure when they were actually coming until they basically showed up...

I wasn’t sure what to expect when they showed up, but the frames looked nice and they felt comfortable right away. I wore them around the house for a while, then out the next day, and everything just felt normal. After a few days I realized I hadn’t had any of those annoying headaches I sometimes get with new glasses, so the prescription must have been right on.

It’s comfy enough, but the fit was looser than I expected. I wasn’t really sure what the next step was supposed to be either, exchange, return, size down? The instructions weren’t very clear, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating

I checked out apercueyewear.com and I’ve got to say, I really like the style of their frames. They have that clean, modern look without being too plain, and nothing comes off as cheap or overly flashy. The site itself was easy enough to browse too. My only frustration was the waiting part, I kept feeling impatient because I just wanted to see everything and get moving with it already. Still, the designs are really nice, and I haven’t seen many eyewear brands with this kind of minimal style.

the frame looks nice once it’s up, but it feels a little lighter than I expected. It’s not bad, just doesn’t feel super sturdy or high-end.

The glasses showed up in one piece, so that’s the main thing. The box was plain though and had a few little dents here and there. Overall the presentation was fine, just not anything special. For the price, I kind of expected it to feel a bit nicer

They do look good, I’ll give them that. When I opened the box I was like, okay, these are nice, but then once I actually picked them up and tried them on, I don’t know… they just felt a little too light for the price. Not terrible or anything, just not as sturdy as I was hoping. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing, nothing bad. I’m not mad that I bought them, but I’ve definitely had cheaper glasses that felt pretty much the same, so it’s hard to say they were worth it. I probably wouldn’t buy another pair unless they were on a really good sale.

The lenses are really clear, and I’m genuinely so happy with them. Everything looks sharp and crisp, which feels amazing.

I had to exchange my glasses because the size just didn’t feel quite right. The return process was fairly easy to follow, and support got back to me within about a day. It did take a bit longer than I was expecting, maybe, but the replacement pair showed up fine. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience
